Terms of Use

PhotoDays is distributed through the Apple App Store by an independent developer. Your license to use PhotoDays is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).

Using PhotoDays

You may use PhotoDays to create and manage your own visual progress journals. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the rights and permissions necessary to capture, import, store and share it. PhotoDays does not claim ownership of your photos, videos, notes or other user content.

Subscriptions and purchases

PhotoDays may offer premium subscriptions or other in-app purchases. The price, duration and included features are displayed in the app before you confirm a purchase. Payments are processed by Apple using your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings and restore eligible purchases from within the app.

Acceptable use

Do not use PhotoDays unlawfully, attempt to interfere with the app or its services, bypass purchase or security mechanisms, or use the app to violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Health information

PhotoDays is a visual journaling and progress-tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change or discontinue features as the product evolves. Availability can also depend on your device, operating-system version, Apple services and network connection.
